  We purchased a Monster Moto 1000 from here. The cashier insisted that the electric bike didn't come with a charger and that any regular extension cord would work. We purchased the bike and realized at home that we were intentionally misinformed. I called customer service about this and was offered next to no help. The customer service rep stated that it wasn't their fault and they they didn't have the charger. They also don't have a replacement, since they are sold out. I told them I didn't want a refund just a functioning bike and they told me to "look online and maybe another store has one or the manufacturer will take care of it." Home Depot rep lied to us and now we have to do all the work to fix the error. I am sorely disappointed and very angry regarding this problem. Hope others have a better luck here.
