My experience was absolutely terrible. I bought Call of Duty Ghosts pre-owned and when I got home there were scratches on the front and back and the disk was unrecognizable. It was obvious they did not check it before reselling it. I'm not surprised though, the people that worked there did not look like they enjoyed their jobs AT ALL. I will never be going to that gamestop ever again. Now I have to drive back to a GameStop instead of playing the game I payed for because the employees didn't do their jobs. Don't go to this one, it's absolutely terrible.

They refused to take my phone even when the site said they would take it with screen damage and the clerk was rude and inconsiderate. Then after renewing my membership he told me after we specifically asked for cash they could only do store credit
