  To be honest I was a dealer there and theft was to me was treated with a grain of salt was told it was the cost of doing business. And an employee said stuff gets stolen all the time. Lost expensive pieces if someone switch tags checkout person only looked at tag never read the package to match up items they truly don't care. They complained to customers about locked showcases or never opened them I had numerous calls about poor service. I believe they need a shake up or at least new employees. My suggestion is to have vendors work the store 4 hours each per day and get credit towards there rent and eliminate employees except for Management to handle the registers.
